Cancellation Policy

We understand that things happen and you won’t always be able to make your booking.

If you need to cancel a booking, let the other party know as soon as possible. In order to receive a full refund, cancellations must be done 48 hours or more before the time of the booking. View our payment and refund policy here.

 

Careseekers

Failure to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a 50% charge of services. We are working hard to provide more stable, sustainable work opportunities for caregivers. To support a more stable income, this charge will cover 50% of the careseekers pay for the cancelled booking.

Please note that refunds can take between 5-10 business days to show up on your credit card.

Caregivers

Failure to provide 48 hours notice of a cancellation will result in a strike. Once you have received 3 strikes, your account will be placed under investigation, during which time you will not be able to accept bookings.

If a careseeker has paid, confirmed the booking and proceeds to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will receive 50% of your anticipated earnings for that booking.
