COVID-19

How to Protect Yourself and Others

Alto is reminding both caregivers and careseekers to follow the advice of public health authorities and the best practices outlined by Health Canada. If you’re sick, stay home and do not interact with others, make sure to wash your hands frequently and cover your nose or mouth when you cough or sneeze.

Please cancel any bookings if you are feeling sick. All caregivers and careseekers are welcome to wear a face covering or mask and practice safe hand hygiene.

If there are any guidelines outside of provincial or federal mandates that you would like followed, we strongly suggest discussing this with the other party before a scheduled booking. It’s important we protect each other.

Health and Safety Supplies

Ensure you have enough masks for the duration of your booking as well as soap and/or hand sanitizer.
