  • We have caregivers offering a full suite of services to suit all your care needs. This includes senior care, child care, special needs care, and housekeeping.

    When you submit a booking request, you can include all your information about your care needs. The caregiver will let you know if this is within their capabilities.

  • Our caregivers range from $15.50 an hour to $40 an hour depending on their experience and education. You can view each caregiver’s qualifications and their hourly rate before choosing to the book them.

    When you do make a booking, there are no additional fees. All you pay is the hourly rate plus tax.

  • Once you create an account, you can browse caregiver profiles to see their bios, credentials, and availability. Find one that suits your needs and submit a booking request outlining your care needs. Have questions? Send them a message before booking them.

  • Every caregiver on alto is required to go through a strict vetting process before they can be hired, including a recent Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector and CPR & First Aid. We focus on the tough stuff so you can focus on what matters - receiving the care you need.

  • We’re putting the power back in your hands, allowing you to book as little or as much home care as you need, when and where you need it, with the caregiver that is the best fit for your family.

  • We’re making it even easier to receive care with Care Collaborators. Care Collaborators are members of our team who have been trained to arrange and coordinate care. We’ll help you find a caregiver, establish a schedule, and manage all your bookings for you. It’s even easier to receive care from alto caregivers, with hands-on help and continuous support from your first question to your first booking.
