How do bookings work?

So you’ve made an account, you’ve uploaded your credentials and had them approved.. now what?

You can begin receiving bookings! What does that look like?

  1. Receive a booking request. Once a careseeker has decided you’re the right caregiver for them, they’ll send you a booking request. The booking request will include a Care Profile and the date and time of the booking.

The Care Profile attached to the booking request will tell you about the person requiring care so you can decide if you should accept or reject this booking. It will tell you their name, age, location, and a description of their care needs.

  2. Accept the booking request. Once you accept a booking request, we suggest reaching out to the careseeker and introducing yourself.

  3. Provide care.

  4. Get paid. Payments are processed every Thursday at 3pm CST. Sometimes it can take an additional 2-5 days to show up in your bank account.

It’s that simple.
