After filling out the intake form, a care collaborator will reach out to you. They’ll go over any missing information and then work on finding caregivers we think would be a match.

Review your matches. Ask questions about caregivers and get to know who will be providing care. This should take 1-3 business days.

Book a 30 minute Meet & Greet with your top choice to get a better feel for how they’ll fit with you family. Ask any questions regarding experience, set expectations, and get to know your caregiver.

After a Meet & Greet, we’ll set up an ongoing schedule so you can focus less on the busy work and more on what really matters.

Affordable Rates, Transparent Billing
Understanding the financial pressures that come with specialized care, Alto offers services at competitive hourly rates ranging from $18.75 to $28.95 with no hidden or additional fees. Our transparent billing process ensures that you can focus on what matters most—supporting your child—without worrying about unexpected costs.
How Direct Billing works
Invoices are sent out semi-monthly, on the 1st and the 16th of each month.
