How do bookings work?

So you’ve made an account, you’ve uploaded your credentials and had them approved.. now what?

You can begin receiving bookings! What does that look like?

  1. Receive a booking request. Once a careseeker has decided you’re the right caregiver for them, they’ll send you a booking request. The booking request will include a Care Profile and the date and time of the booking.

The Care Profile attached to the booking request will tell you about the person requiring care so you can decide if you should accept or reject this booking. It will tell you their name, age, postal code, and a description of their care needs.

  2. Accept the booking request. Once you accept a booking request, you will see their full address and can begin message the careseeker through your inbox. It’s a good idea to reach out and introduce yourself.

  3. Provide care.

  4. Get paid. Payments are processed on a 7-day rolling basis after the date of the booking and done via direct deposit. Please note it can sometimes take an additional 1-2 days for the funds to show up in your account.

It’s that simple.
